WELCOME
Dear President Obama/Michell - Glad to see that you have made it to this place in your life and mine. A wonderful thing has taken place in the United States of America. I’m glad you took the risk to stand up so we as Black Americans have the hope to stand up too. Thank you. DO YOUR THING!

”A Reflection of Historical Times & Events-Their T
Congratulations Mr. President - In rememberance of 201,000 plus United States Colored Troops & 19,000 Sailors of the Civil War, our ancestor Pvt. Alonzo Johnson stood in an area of the White House grounds to bear witness to President Abraham Lincoln’s plea for all slaves to serve in the Union Army during the Civil War. Heeding the plea he joined and was assigned to the USCT 45th Infantry Regt., as the Country struggled to heal it’s self. The names of these brave and courageous Troops are inscribed on the Walls of Honor at 10th & U Streets NW, Washington, DC. This was their historical time in history. Much like their footsteps from Philadelphia to Baltimore to Wasington, DC, as President Lincoln in 1861, Pvt. Alonzo Jonson’s unit in 1864 and President Obama in 2009, there are exist similarities in the nature of their missions. ”One Cause, One Country” is the motto on the 45th Regt. flag calling for unity of the Country. We the living descendents of Pvt. Alonzo & Mrs. Rosetta Johnson are 300 plus strong including their last surviving Real Child Cora, will witness these historical events of 1/20/2009, as you take the oath of Office as the 44th President of the United States and Cora will take heart in remembering her siblings Ida; James; Sarah; William; Blanche; John; Alonzo Jr.; Irene; Alice; Mary; Beatrice;Dorothy and Joseph. Liken to the call of President Lincoln, we hope some of the families will heed your appeal to do volunteer Community Services.
